Location - Only 2 hours away from Toronto

The cottage is located about 10 minutes from Parry Sound for shopping and all amenities.  The town has a Walmart, Canadian Tire, Sobey's, No Frills, Rona and A&P.  There are 3 major golf courses nearby. The 30,000 islands cruise out of Parry Sound and the Bobby Orr Hockey Hall of Fame close by.

Mill Lake is the closest lake to the town of Parry Sound and offers many choices in recreation.

Connected to Georgian Bay by way of the Seguin River, Mill Lake is large and deep and brimming with fish of all sorts. Northern Pike, Pickerel, Bass, Trout and Crappie are some examples of the fish you might catch from its depths or along its 40 kilometres of shoreline.

From Mill Lake - Portage Lake, Mountain Basin and the Seguin River are all accessible.
