Q: Is your cottage right on the water?

A: Yes, we have 120ft of waterfront on beautiful Mill Lake.

Q: How far is your cottage located from Shopping?

A: We are 10 minutes from a grocery store.  Close with the feeling like you are far away.

Q: How many bedrooms are there?

A: 3 Bedrooms.  Master Bedroom has a King, Second Bedroom has a Double, Third Bedroom has 4 twin (2 Twin Bunk Beds)  We also have a recreation room in the basement with a double bed that acts as a 4th bedroom.

Q: Is there a boat launch nearby and can you buy gas on the lake?

A: Yes, There are 2 launches on the lake.  One is 15 minutes away and the other is 5 minutes away.  Hall's Marina is a 5 minute boat ride away and sells fuel.  Check for opening hours.

Q: Are there any Stairs at the cottage?

A: Yes, we have stairs from the parking to the cottage, down to the basement recreation room and down to the water.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: To book the cottage we require a 35% deposit and the balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Q: What is the beach like?

A: It is a rocky shore line with shallow sandy bottom that get's gradually deeper with each step.  The depth off the end of the dock is about 10ft.  It is suitable for playing in the shallow for young supervised children.

Q: Are your check in and check out times flexible?

A: Yes in the low season however in the high season we need the time to prepare for the next guests so we have to stick to the 5pm Check in and 11am Check out.
