This Northern, Ontario rental cottage sits on a quiet winding road near the end of a private road just out of Parry Sound on beautiful Mill Lake. The picturesque, viceroy style, front windows offer plenty of natural light and provide a wonderful view out over the lake from inside the cottage. The deck wraps from side entrance around the front of the cottage and has breathtaking views of the trees and lake.
The introduction to our cottage both in winter and summer will surely make you want to jump out of the car. It is hard to pull away... Winter
is the best season to be at the cottage. Soak in the hot tub, relax
while watching a movie, curl up with a book and a cup of hot coco or
venture outside to play in the snow. To the side of the cottage is a flat lawn that is great for kids to play and an outdoor fire place against a great big Canadian Shield rock. Walk down the steps that lead to a gradual slope along the waterfront of Mill Lake, Ontario where you'll find an extended shallow entry into the water with soft sand bottom. The water in Mill Lake gets deep quickly and allows for a dive from a few feet off shore.
Just in time for those chilly northern nights we have installed a 6 person Hot Tub. Relax in the bubbles as you look out over the lake.

This is one of my favorite spots at the cottage with a cool drink in hand as I look up the frozen lake.
Notice the authentic outdoor fireplace for those evenings under the stars...
Make sure you bring some snow shoes for the snow belt snow days...
The cottage rental property has 130 feet of waterfront with lots of trees along either side of the property providing great privacy from other cottages. The dock provides an excellent place to relax in the sun and from which to dive off for a refreshing swim in Parry Sounds third largest lake. Bring your canoe or boat to the cottage to explore the lake, go waterskiing or try your hand at some fishing for Pike, Cat Fish, Bass, Pickerel, Crappie, Splake and Lake Trout. In the winter you will be able to do lots of ice fishing, snowshoeing or cross country skiing(nordic skiing) on the expansive Mill Lake.

Inside the cottage you'll find an open kitchen and dining room that has a real rustic cottage feel. In the lower level of the cottage there is a family room providing a separate play area and entertainment centre with large windows and great views of the cottage property and Mill Lake. Bring your money for a few games of Texas Holdem at the Rec Room table in the lower part of the cottage.

The bunk beds are the most sturdy bunk beds I have ever experienced. The argument of top and bottom will still rage on I am sure.
Fine Italian leather and a 42" makes for a relaxing and entertaining evening after a day of the great outdoors in the Parry Sound area.
Use as an extra sleeping space or relax on the rec room double bed and watch a movie on the big screen.
A great place to play monopoly or texas holdem...
The rental cottage has south western exposure which brings the sun from dawn until dusk. Get ready to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
